Is it possible to return or exchange an order?
Only in the event of a product defect or an incorrect size (thanks to the careful shopping experience of every item, ensuring that each customer receives an unworn item).
Returns are possible if the order is inspected upon receipt.
If there is an error in the order, it will be returned by a representative; after that, the order cannot be returned.
If there is a sizing error, it will be replaced with a size appropriate for the baby.
Do you need to improve my order?
First, after the purchase process, contact us by requesting a WhatsApp number and updating the progress in case there is an error in the order. During the customer service call to confirm the order, we will contact you to confirm the order.
How long does it take to deliver the order?
